The extensive security features built into all stackable Matrix C2 switches make them an important part of Enterasys Secure Networks, and enable Secure Networks to be extended to the network edge. The C2G124-24 switch features 24 ports of non-blocking 10/100/1000 connectivity, four uplink ports supporting SFP (Small Form-factor Pluggable) GBICs and two integrated stacking ports.
